Grain Town Saginaw

Posted by Mr. Robot | July 31st, 2014 | No responses

I thought I’d do a little piece to represent the small town of Saginaw. The name even sounds country. Well anyway, this town has a large grain mill or something right in the center. I always found this landmark interesting for some reason, and I wanted to photograph the structures at night. It looks like a building where a super villain would reside. Seriously, it looks like a place that is secretly housing missile silos. What are the odds that I am right?

Well, even if I am wrong, it makes sense that the BNSF railroad is right next to it.

If you’re going to ship the grain, why not do it by train!

This must be some sort of administration building. I am guessing, but I imagine you will need some kind of staff to run operations on grain, missiles, or whatever is going on in here.

What ever is going on in the town of Saginaw is a mystery. Nobody really asks questions. I’ve never seen a grain mill worker. It’s kind of like the oompa loompas. Nobody ever sees them go in. Nobody sees them go out.
